LARL is pleased to provide access to a variety of databases for use by LARL customers. If you have a LARL library card and internet access, you can access many of these database resources from your home by entering your 14-digit library card number.
Electronic Library for Minnesota
Search ELM for magazine, newspaper, and journal articles, eBooks, and information from reference sources. ELM is brought to you by your local library, the Minitex Library Information Network, and State Library Services, the MN state libr ary agency with state appropriations to the MN Office of Higher Education and the MN Department of Education, and federal LSTA funds under the support of the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
MnKnows (Or, Minnesota Knows)
Minnesota's libraries cooperate to connect Minnesotans with the world of information, the content of their collections, and the expertise of their staff members. MnKnows is provided by Minitex, an information and resource sharing program of the Minnesota Office of Higher Education and the University of Minnesota Libraries.
